Happy New Year!
We are off to a fantastic start in 2009, with many great speakers and events forthcoming. I would like to send a sincere thank you to members of our local CCIM Board of Directors for their outstanding commitment to improve our organization every year. Texas Snapshot: Last 12 Months of Building Sales

There is plenty of evidence that building sales in 2008 fell hard, and prices and cap rate data have begun to reflect the depth of the capital market dive. According to Real Capital Analytic's data, as of the end of November, sales of commercial properties are far below the numbers of one year ago.
